Chór Bytomskiego Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku "Wrzosy Jesieni" was founded in 2009 and currently has 38 members.

The choir boasts a diverse repertoire of over 100 pieces, including Christmas carols, folk songs (not only Polish), patriotic songs, religious music, jazz standards, popular music hits, opera and operetta arias, and gospel. It sings in 11 languages.

In addition to its concerts, the choir actively participates in competitions and festivals, both in Poland and internationally, often returning with awards.

Since its founding, the choir has been led by Monika Woleńska, who has guided its artistic growth and success.
