Villa Florianka

A historic villa from the early 20th century, located on Piotra Niedurnego Street in the Nowy Bytom district.

It was most likely built in 1905 as a residence for the director of the "Pokój" steelworks.

The building was added to the register of historic monuments in 1995.

The villa represents an eclectic architectural style with elements of Art Nouveau and Mannerism. It is distinguished by its brick facades, rich architectural details, and a decorative mosaic of St. Florian – the patron saint of steelworkers. Over the years, the building has served various functions. Today, it houses a kindergarten.
